Help us deliver hope to patients.

Register for Community Days to become part of our largest volunteer event of the year. Together with colleagues across the U.S. and Canada, we’ll make a difference for cancer patients in our communities.

When you volunteer at Community Days, you’re helping patients in two important ways:

• Gift of a Care Package – Small gestures bring hope to people with cancer. That’s why you’ll create care packages that reach patients through Giving Comfort, our McKesson Foundation program.
• Gift of Services – When you sign up, the McKesson Foundation gives $10 on your behalf to the Cancer Support Community – Central Ohio, our local Community Partner. The Cancer Support Community (CSC) Central Ohio. It provides a full range of cancer wellness programs and services for all cancer patients, any diagnosis, any stage, their family members, and caregivers. They launched the first survivorship program in central Ohio, specifically addressing the needs of diet, exercise and support for long-term quality of life. Their programs and services are provided at no cost. .

When you sign up, you also support the Team Challenge for more grants to cancer nonprofits.

10:00am - 11:45am - Creating no-sew fleece blankets, notebooks and cards
11:45am - 12:30pm - Lunch
12:30pm - 2:30pm - Creating no-sew fleece blankets, notebooks and cards
2:30pm - 5pm - Additional time available if needed for creating no-sew fleece blankets, notebooks and cards
